Compound Mechanical Advantage: Pressing a 37mm kinetic baton past the tight friction tolerances of a casing requires significant, even pressure. The RLP’s linkage system multiplies operator force, ensuring batons are seated squarely without warping the hull or damaging the RB-1 rotating bands.

Breech-Lock Quick Change: The press accepts standard 7/8″-14 threaded reloading dies, allowing armorers to quickly swap between 37mm KO1 seating stems, decapping pins, and resizing dies without losing their established depth settings.

Important Procurement Note (Shell Holder): To accommodate the massive base of a 37mm casing, this press requires the adjustable 37mm Sage Rifled shell holder. This shell holder is NOT included with the base RLP model. If your agency is building a kit from scratch rather than replacing an existing press, please ensure the shell holder is added to your RFP.
