Range-Level Sustainment and Training Independence
The greatest barrier to high-volume less-lethal training is the cost of live duty ammunition. The Sage Control Ordnance RDK/37E solves this by putting the manufacturing capability directly into the hands of your agency’s instructors. Instead of requiring a dedicated armory bench with a mounted press, the RDK/37E is highly mobile. Instructors can transport the kit in a patrol vehicle or SWAT BearCat, allowing them to de-prime, size, and press fresh KO1 batons and propelling charges into spent casings on the tailgate or a folding table at the range.
Rugged, Comprehensive Architecture
The RDK/37E is not a collection of generic parts; it is a purpose-built armorer’s toolkit designed specifically for the tight tolerances of Sage 37mm KO1 munitions:
-
Tactical Hard Case: The entire system is housed in a ruggedized, crush-proof hard carrying case featuring precision die-cut foam. This ensures your precision dies and tools remain organized, protected from the elements, and ready for immediate deployment in austere range environments.
-
Heavy-Duty Lee Hand Press: Includes a high-leverage Lee Hand Press, providing all the mechanical force necessary to securely seat 37mm batons and resize casings without the need for a permanently bolted bench press.
-
Custom Reloading Tools: Comes complete with five (5) custom-machined reloading tools (dies and seating stems) specifically designed to press KO1-SB replacement batons and secure the RB-1 rotating bands without crushing the projectile or the casing. A specialized non-marring armorer’s hammer is also included for safe component adjustments. (Note: Propelling charges and replacement components sold separately).
